Cohen has found that chronic conditions including autoimmune diseases and pain syndromes can be helped with a 6-mg under-the-tongue tincture (the fastest delivery system) or a 25-mg capsule taken twice a day. I got this after reading multiple reviews on how this helped others with anxiety. I gave it an honest try, not taking a couple of days of doses and giving up. I might have a half of a bottle and can honestly say that it did nothing for me. I thought with it being a pretty high concentration that I might feel some relief from my anxiety or feel a little relaxed at the least, but I didn't feel any affect at all. I am glad this worked for others because anxiety is a hard thing to live with, but it didn't help me at all. The product isn't exactly cheap either. There is a lot of research about CBD oil helping people with anxiety. This however is hemp oil from the seeds not the plant. I am not sure if you can derive the CBD component from the seeds or if so, very little? Perhaps that is why I didn't have any beneficial results from it. I am disappointed because I would have continued to buy this product had it worked.
Hello. I have stage 4 thyroid, secondary lymphoma..And many other health issues.I use 50mg of cbd vapor oil. 5 drops with each use. Total equals 250mg, about hits per dose, three times a day. I'm also on subsys, which is fentanyl. Idk about anyone but myself, but it's helped me with pain, with sleep, and in general my moods. So I dint have anything negative to say. There are two types of unsaturated fats primarily found in healthy cooking oils: monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Eating foods rich in either of these fats will help to improve your heart health and may play a role in your blood sugar control, according to the American Heart Association. Oils high in monounsaturated fat include olive, canola and peanut oils. Oils rich in polyunsaturated fat include safflower, sesame, soy, corn and sunflower seed oils. All of these oils are your better, or healthier, options due to their lower saturated fat content. At 6 percent, canola oil has the smallest percentage of saturated fat.

If you're still skeptical of vegetable and canola oils, may I recommend safflower oil. Shaw says that safflower oil is low in saturated fats, high in omega-9 fatty acids, and it has a neutral flavor and high smoke point. In fact, at 510 degrees F, it has the highest smoke point of all the oils listed. Safflower oil is sold both chemically processed and cold-pressed like olive oil, and either version you opt for will have that same high smoke point.

Thanks for this post. I will have to try Palm and Ghee, as I haven’t used those very much! I believe I read somewhere that oils actually become rancid before they reach the smoke point, so the smoke point is actually not a safe way to know how hot you can get an oil before it becomes harmful. Do you know if the rancidity temp is the same as the smoke point?

Helps a bit with nuropatthy. Helps also with my 8 spinal surgeries. I will buy it again. I was taking both hydrocodone and morapine sulfate 3 times aday for 15 years. They stopped helping so I got Dr to take me off all opioid use. I thought I would just die from the pain. Actually I did. This does really seem to work some. Make pain a bit more manageable. I just started taking CBD oil , I am on my 2nd Hip replacement surgery due to device failures looking at a 3rd surgery. Has you can imagine the pain, stress and anxiety levels are off the charts. Taking a fish oil supplement can be a helpful way to increase omega-3 fatty acids in your diet, a nutrient that is essential for brain development, immune system health, and mood regulation. I love all of these except Ive never used the Palm because of the deforest thing. I have a question about the Kerry Gold. I love it but recently I saw a blog that it isn’t what it advertises. I forgot now why….not completely grass fed I think not 100% sure but I was disappointed and have not found a replacement yet. I live in North Dallas and we haven’t seemed to have gotten on the healthier band wagon yet so finding products is harder. All Ive got is Sprouts and all they carry is Kerry Gold and then vegan blends. Does any one know forsure or can confirm this? TIA
It's important to know that although THC and CBD are the most studied components of cannabis, there are many more chemical compounds found within the plant, such as cannabigerol (CBG), cannabichromene (CBC), cannabidivarin (CBDV), tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV), terpenes, and flavonoids. While there is still much to learn about these other chemicals, researchers in Israel have discovered that whole-plant cannabis extracts that contain these other chemicals are more beneficial than isolated extracts that contain just CBD or THC.
